1. Overview
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs the use of ToonBliss's AI-powered image transformation service (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to comply with this AUP. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any violation.
ToonBliss transforms user-uploaded photos into artistic styles using AI models. We are committed to providing a safe, legal, and respectful environment for all users.
2. Prohibited Uses
You may not use the Service to generate, transform, or process images that:
- Contain sexually explicit or pornographic content, including AI-generated nudity or NSFW content
- Depict minors (children under 18) in any suggestive, sexualized, or exploitative manner
- Involve face-swapping, deepfakes, or face manipulation of any kind
- Promote violence, terrorism, or physical harm
- Contain hate speech, slurs, or content that discriminates based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or age
- Depict illegal activities, including drug use, weapons trafficking, or money laundering
- Infringe on intellectual property rights, including copyrighted characters, trademarks, or brands
- Defame, harass, or bully any person
- Impersonate another person without their consent
- Generate content for political misinformation or election interference
- Generate content intended to deceive, scam, or defraud others
3. AI Image Generation Rules
As an AI image transformation service, the following additional rules apply:
- You must only upload images that you own or have permission to use
- You may not use the Service to create realistic depictions of real people without their consent
- You may not use the Service to generate content that could be mistaken for real photographs of events that did not occur
- All transformed images are watermarked with the ToonBliss brand identifier
- The Service includes automated content moderation screening on all prompts before generation
4. User Responsibilities
- You are solely responsible for the images you upload and the content you generate
- You must not attempt to bypass, disable, or circumvent the content moderation system
- You must not use automated tools, bots, or scripts to mass-generate content
- You must not share your account credentials with others
- You must not resell or redistribute generated images without proper attribution
5. Enforcement
Violations of this AUP may result in:
- Immediate blocking of the violating request by our moderation system
- Suspension of your account and loss of remaining credits
- Permanent ban from the Service
- Reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities where required by law
We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
