• Uploaded images: Deleted immediately after conversion processing is complete. We do not permanently store your uploaded images.
• Payment records: Retained as required by tax and financial regulations (typically 5-7 years).
• Usage data: Retained for analytics purposes for up to 26 months.

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence, including the United States (where our servers and service providers are located). When we transfer data from the EEA/UK to other countries, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission.
